After serving as an officer in the United States Army Mr. Talley began practicing law in Dallas in 1973.  Mr. Talley has tried dozens of cases before juries and judges in metropolitan Atlanta and handled several successful appeals in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia.  He now focuses solely upon wills and probate of estates.
